He won the Young King competition in 1992 and made the Calypso Monarch finals in 1998, 1999, and 2000, before capturing the Calypso Monarch crown in 2013 with "Travel Woes" and "Crying In The Chapel." He returned to the Calypso Monarch Final in 2014.
