    • 1966 Central American and Caribbean Games, San Juan, Puerto Rico - 400 meters (4th, 47.11); 4 x 400 meters Relay (2nd, 3:09.4, with Benedict Cayenne, Edwin Roberts, and Lennox Yearwood)
    • 1966 British Commonwealth Games, Kingston, Jamaica - 440 yards (Heat, 48.2; Semifinals, did not start)

    • 2006 - Trinidad & Tobago Humming Bird Medal Silver (for Contributions to Athletics)
